Robert Gould Shaw Memorial Day

Today, 155 Years ago, my patron saint died at Fort Wagner, South Carolina at just the ripe young age of 25. Colonel Robert Gould Shaw of the 54th Massachusetts Infantry. And, today, I honor his memory. Like I do every year on this day.
